I am getting a serious vibration around 60 mph and gets worse as I accelerate. I replaced trans mount and balanced drive shaft, tires are balanced , what else should I look at? I do not be believe it's the flywheel, 440s are externally balanced right?

Just a shot in the dark here.  Check the rear u-joint to see if the clips are on the caps that are bolted to the pinion yoke.  This same thing drove me nuts for a week some time ago.

Does it still do it if you push in the clutch or put it in neutal,do you feel it more in the steering wheel or the seat ?Is it only speed related or rpm related?did you change something before it started doing it or has it always done it?Try switching tires front to rear, trans tailshaft bushing is good?Could be a problem with a rear axle,or a wheel with too much runout, pinion angle is good?
