Has anyone information about the 1966 Plymouth Belvedere Hemi cars?

Obviously the fender emblem describing the engine was switch during the production year. The 1966 hemi cars had first an emblem stating "hp2" later on "HEMI".

My questions:
(1) When in the production was it changed?
(2) Why?
(3) hp2=?
(4) How many cars were produced with hp2 emblems and how many with HEMI emblems?

1966 Plymouth cars                        produced     Hemi          a        m
  BELVEDERE I 2-DOOR SEDAN        1964            79            57       22

  SATELLITE CONVERTIBLE             2431            27             ?        ?

Thank you for your help!
Regards, Karl
