I am working on a 1970 Plymouth Road Runner. I haven't decided which color it is going to be I am debating between Sublime Green and Rallye Red.

Right now we are working on a car for someone else, a Pink Barracuda. Yesterday is the first time we have heard it run and it sounds tough!

Sweet, that is always a big accomplishment in a restoration is to get to hear it run for the first time. Is all of the body work done on it?

Yep, we have all the body work done and it is painted. We have the interior mostly done and just have to tune the engine and put the rest of the car together. We have mostly the front end to do.

Restoring a 71 Plymouth cuda- Right now working on tear down and trying to replace some missing parts. Overall, solid body that will require almost no patchwork. She's a true barn car that had been sitting since the eighties. Good friend of mine turned me onto it. It helps when people know you are looking for a car. Sometimes the car finds you.

You are lucky to find a solid car like that these days.

We have had that same experience. When lots of people know that you are interested in Mopars, when they come across one they think of you first.
Are missing a ton of parts or is it mosty complete?

Its mostly complete but the little stuff is expensive and difficult to come up with. I've been doing the ebay thing. It's been real hit and miss. Sometimes you do good and get something decent and other times you get proclaimed NOS parts that have been beat to death. Everything under the hood had been chromed out- The 340 air cleaner was missing, some of the interior was partially disassembled and missing, the steering wheel had been replaced with some kind of cheap racing wheel. Jack, ralley wheels, ralley tach had been swappeed out for some stupid aftermarket one. Stuff like that.

I know how that goes
there is always something missing for we can't find it, or it takes us a couple hours to find it
. But it's coming along. I hope everything goes good for finding parts

That happens a lot for us too.
But the next restoration we do we are going to try and organize everything so we don't lose parts, or have to take hours to look for them.

Currently working on an 02 Prowler complete color change and a 69 Road Runner resto. The Road Runner is a pretty solid southern car, originally 383 4 speed but will be 426 Hemi 4 speed dana rear. Car is B5 blue exterior, B7 interior. Should be a blast to drive.
