Options or Standard Equipment on a '67 GTX
«

I just bought matching numbers '67 GTX 440 4-speed, and it's pretty much stock except for the A/C, Hurst shifter, and dual gauges. I noticed a few things missing compared to other GTXs for that year and I was wondering if they were options or standard equipement.
1. Was the pentastar on the front passenger side quarter panel standard? If so, were they metal?
2. I'd like to add it if it's standard...what are the measurements to position it correctly?
3. Were the hood mounted turn signal indicators standard?
Thanks for your help!
